Use our Faux Rye Mix to make the most amazing Gluten Free Faux Rye Bread!

Ingredients
1 Bag Ryeless Rye Mix
1.5 Tbsp Oil (Grape seed, Canola Oil or any flavourless oil)
2 cups (500 ml) Water
Preparation
Step 1
Pour Ryeless Rye Mix into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
With the paddle attachment on medium speed mix the dry ingredients to ensure it is fully blended then slowly add water and oil with the mixer on low.
Step 3
Turn the mixer up to medium speed for 8-10 mi, scrapping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Step 4
Scrape the contents of the mixing bowl into an oiled and parchmented loaf pan. Using a wet spatula spread the top of the bread mixture until it is smooth. Cover the loaf pan with seran wrap and let it rise for 1 hour or until the dough is nearly touching the seran wrap.
Step 4
Bake at 425 for 45 min
Allow the bread to sit for 5 min before removing it from the pan, let it cool completely before cutting!
