Are your products Gluten Free?

Yes! All our products are 100% Gluten Free & Celiac Safe.

Do you offer any vegan items?

Yes!
Our bagels are vegan (all flavours except Jalapeño Cheddar).
Our Buckwheat Bread, Seeded Loaf & Faux Rye Bread are vegan.

We offer a few dessert options in store each day that are vegan as well.

Do you offer any dairy free items?

Yes!

Are your products nut free?

No, we use nut products in our facility.

How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?

Our Online Orders require credit card payment in full at check out. We accept all major credit cards.

Phoned in orders can be paid for at pickup however, we require a credit card number to hold the order. If the order is not picked up by our last pickup time (1 hour prior to closing) we will charge the card we took to hold the order.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We use an external courier service for our deliveries.

Online orders & Phoned in orders can be scheduled for delivery.

We select a pickup window based on your chosen order time and the delivery driver has 3 hours from the time of pickup to deliver the order.

We do not recommend delivery for Cakes or time sensitive orders. Once the cake leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for its care.
