The Wild Blue Bakery Journey
Wild Blue Bakery began with a diagnosis. After 12 years of stomach pain and countless doctor visits, our founder Rikki, was diagnosed with Celiac disease at age 24. Rikki became a champion for people with Celiac disease. She began creating gluten-free versions of foods people love that don’t compromise on taste or texture. Through countless experiments with different gluten-free flour combinations and techniques, Wild Blue Bakery was born – a 100% dedicated gluten-free bakery where celiac-safe meets incredibly delicious.
