Terms & Policies

Online Orders

At this time we do not do same day custom orders but we are able to put store items aside for same day pickup.

We require 3 days notice for all future date orders and due to the time commitment of baking and packaging each order, we only accept two orders per 15 min pickup time slot. 

Creative License 

At Wild Blue Bakery, our bakers will do their best to follow customer provided designs and directions to the best of their ability. However, we reserve the right to creative license. Our products are handmade, meaning no two items will ever be exactly the same, however we will do our best to provide you with exactly what you request. Please note, as all of our cakes are made with buttercream,  we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in regards to colour matching, proportions, or composition. 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our store. Wild Blue Bakery does not accept returns, provide refunds or exchanges. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase and feel it does not match your expectations, please contact us by emailing thewildbluebakery@gmail.com WITHIN 2 DAYS of the date you picked up your order. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make sure you are happy with your Wild Blue Bakery experience. 

Cancellations & Modifications

We require a minimum of 3 days notice prior to your order pickup date for all cancellations & modifications. 

At its sole discretion, Wild Blue Bakery may grant cancellation and/or full or partial refunds within 3 days of pickup depending on circumstance.

Special Orders & Large Quantities

For special orders and large quantities, please reach out to thewildbluebakery@gmail.com at least two weeks (14 days) prior to desired pick up date with the date you’d like your order for, quantities required, and desired flavours. 

Recipes

Our recipes are subject to change at any time and with no public notice. 

It is not the responsibility of Wild Blue Bakery to ensure our customers are aware of any allergens or ingredients in our products -- we can only guarantee to be 100% Gluten Free & Celiac Safe. 

Our ingredient list is made available to our customers in store or over the phone at all times.
